1. General Terms and Conditions of LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o.
1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of reservations via the hotel website of LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o.
1.2. By visiting and browsing our website, using it and making a reservation
you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions set out below, and that you have understood and
agree with them.
1.3. LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as LHHR) is registered at Římska
103/12, 120 00 Prague 2 Vinohrady. All correspondence should be sent to the above-mentioned address.
1.4. By making a reservation via the hotel website of LHHR, you enter into a direct (legally
binding) contractual relationship. For this reason, you confirm and declare that you are legally capable and are over 18 years of age, that you accept responsibility for all payments made in your name or by credit/debit card and confirm that the information you have provided is true and correct.
1.5. All orders made by you will be considered an expression of your free will to purchase the requested services available in the LHHR hotel offer. Your order will not be contractually binding until it is confirmed by the hotel or the LHHR sales department and until the advance invoice or credit card guarantee for accommodation is paid.
2. Types of reservations
2.1. On the hotel websites, it is possible to create two types of reservations
a) a standard reservation with the possibility of free cancellation 24 hours before arrival
b) a non-refundable rate, so-called non-refundable reservation without the possibility of cancellation and refund.
2.2. A standard reservation with the possibility of cancellation can be changed or canceled according to the valid cancellation conditions
depending on the selected date.
2.3. For non-refundable reservations, changes or cancellations can be made without the possibility of refunding the already paid reservation price. These reservations, compared to standard reservations, are always
priced and the discounted price is subject to the immediate advance payment
from the client's credit/debit card and at the time of making the reservation.
3. Creating an online reservation
3.1. When making an online reservation via the LHHR hotels website, you need to fill in the reservation form with all the required information regarding accommodation (choice of the desired hotel, date of stay, number of people, number of rooms and possibly a discount code) and then click on BOOK. You will then be taken to a page where you can reserve a certain type of room, according to the price and payment terms. In the next step, you will be redirected to a page where you will fill in the reservation form and must enter your credit/debit card details. There are two payment terms, you can choose: a) a discounted reservation price for reservations without the possibility of cancellation and refund with immediate pre-payment via your credit/debit card b) a standard reservation - payment at the hotel reception and the credit/debit card details are provided in the form only for the purpose of guaranteeing accommodation. After final approval and sending the reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation, which displays all detailed information about your reservation.
3.2. If you choose immediate prepayment via a credit/debit card as the payment method, the hotel will charge the reservation amount to the credit/debit card specified in the reservation upon receipt of the order. If the reservation is to be paid for by a 3rd party credit/debit card, i.e. the clients who will be staying at the hotel will not have a credit/debit card with which the payment will be made, contact the reception of the hotel by email so that we can send you a link to the secure payment gateway where the payment will be made.
3.3. If the payment authorization is successful, you will receive a confirmation email along with the reservation confirmation and invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation email or in case of any questions,
please contact our reservations department or reception at the email address of the relevant hotel.
All contacts can be found on the websites of the individual hotels.
4. Changes to reservations
4.1. All changes to reservations (change of name, reservation date, change of hotel, room type, etc.)
must be made in writing to the hotel's reception email address, the contacts can be found on the websites of the individual hotels. The requested changes will be confirmed to you. In the event that the change request cannot be made, you will be informed of this fact by email.
5. Prices
5.1. On our website we always state the average price per room/night and the total price
for the stay. In the reservation form when making a reservation, it is possible to edit the currency you wish to pay. We accept payments in CZK and EUR, for other currencies please contact the hotel reception.
5.2. Payment by credit/debit card can be made in CZK and EUR, for other currencies please
contact the hotel reception.
5.3. Exchange rates are set daily and are based on the CNB rates. Information on the rate and the total price in CZK that was charged to your credit/debit card is always stated on the invoice that you will receive in the confirmation email attachment.
6. Payment terms
6.1. The payment method depends on the type of reservation you choose and the payment terms are always stated in the reservation form.
6.2. For standard reservations with the possibility of cancellation 1 day before arrival, the payment method is directly at the hotel reception. When paying at the hotel reception, we require from clients, for the purpose of guaranteeing accommodation, their credit/debit card number including the validity of the card. We only check this card and perform the so-called pre-authorization of the credit/debit card for the amount of CZK 1. Pre-authorization means blocking the amount on the credit/debit card for a limited period of approximately 14 days (the length of the blocking depends on the commercial terms and conditions of the credit/debit card issuer), therefore it does not involve withdrawing the relevant amount from the client's credit/debit card.
6.3. For reservations without the possibility of cancellation and refund, the condition of immediate pre-payment from the client's credit/debit card applies. The amount for accommodation is debited from the credit/debit card specified in the order by the reception of the given hotel directly at the hotel payment terminal.
7. Cancellation conditions
7.1. By making a reservation, you accept the applicable cancellation conditions in case of no-show or late cancellation of the reservation.
7.2. All cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made in writing by e-mail and sent to the reception address of the relevant hotel. Your cancellation or change to the reservation will be confirmed in writing. This confirmation will also state the amount of the contractual penalty, if any, according to the applicable cancellation conditions.
7.3. For standard reservations with the option of free cancellation 24 hours before arrival and payment at the hotel reception, no contractual penalty will be charged if the reservation is canceled no later than 6:00 p.m. 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show, you will be charged a contractual penalty of 100% of the price of accommodation and any other ordered services for the first night.
7.4. For reservations without cancellation and refund and with immediate prepayment on the day of reservation, in case of change, cancellation of the reservation or in case of no-show, you will be charged a contractual penalty of 100% of the total reservation price.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
• Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days before arrival without contractual penalty
• 5 - 7 days - contractual penalty of 50% of the total reservation price
• 2 - 4 days - contractual penalty of 75% of the total reservation price
• 1 day before arrival - contractual penalty of 100% of the total reservation price
• no show - contractual penalty of 100% of the total reservation price
8. Complaints and compensation
8.1. If you have a complaint about the quality of the accommodation or reservations about the services provided, try to resolve everything immediately on the spot with the reception or the hotel management and allow them to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
8.2. If it is not possible to resolve the problem on site, please send us your complaint to the e-mail
recepce@lhdvoraktabor.cz no later than 10 days from the date of your return. Your complaint will
be investigated and any compensation will be proposed based on the applicable rules set out in
relevant legal regulations.
LH Hotels & resorts s.r.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. It is
your duty to regularly check the wording of these terms and conditions before each reservation
and to familiarize yourself with any changes.
